Engineering Solutions for Greenhouses
Comprehensive equipment for optimal microclimate:
from ventilation and curtain systems to automation and heating. Everything needed for high yields.
Ventilation

Circulation Fans
Mix the air mass of the greenhouse in bi-directional mode, or ventilate the greenhouse space in single-direction mode.
- Capacity: 8,200–12,000 m³/h
- Power supply: 380/400 V
- Integrated automation control
- Kit includes: fan, mounting bracket, cabling
Shading
Greenhouse shading system: plant protection from overheating
Plants suffer from excessive sun: overheating occurs, and leaves, flowers, and fruits can get burned, especially in shade-loving crops. In hot weather, moisture evaporates faster, so shading is useful even for light-loving plants during sustained heat. The system is effective both in greenhouses and in open-field growing.

Benefits
- Temperature reduction by 5–10°C — combined with ventilation and drip misting, it creates an optimal microclimate for crops and rooting cuttings
- Breathable structure — the material lets air and water through and does not create a greenhouse effect. Ideal for protection against early-spring burns
- Season-long use — a universal solution from February to October for a wide range of tasks
Materials and Durability
The mesh is made from modern polymers: polypropylene, nylon, and most often high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Knot weave prevents the fabric from unraveling when cut. It is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, precipitation, and frost. Service life is 3–5 seasons with careful use.
Shading Percentage
This parameter shows how much sunlight the material blocks. The higher the percentage, the less light the plant receives. The range is from 15–20% to 80–90%, selected according to crop requirements.
Installation
The mesh is attached to the greenhouse frame using ties, clips, and other fastening systems. Installation is quick and does not require complex equipment.
Curtain Systems
Curtain systems provide energy savings and light regulation. Available in cable and rack configurations for any greenhouse structure.

Frequently asked questions
- Which engineering systems does an industrial greenhouse need?
- The core set is ventilation and venting, screening and shading, heating, and climate control automation. The exact mix depends on the crop and the climate zone.
- Can an existing greenhouse be retrofitted?
- Yes. Ventilation, screening and automation can be installed in existing greenhouses after a survey of the structure and a recalculation for its current geometry.
- What does climate automation give me?
- It holds temperature, humidity and light within a set range without manual intervention. The result is more consistent produce quality and fewer losses from parameter swings.
